Basic Support

  • Free email support during standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM (PST).
  • Rapid response to all email requests—our goal is to respond within one business day.
  • Free software upgrades.
  • Access to online support resources including Knowledgebase articles and FAQs for all products.
