Configuring BES 4.0 and above

To configure BES 4.0 and above

  1. On the BES server, run Regedit.
  2. Browse to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Research In Motion > BlackBerry Enterprise Server > Agents

  3. Locate the following DWORD value:

    ProcessMailDelay

    If ProcessMailDelay does not exist, create it.

  4. Set the value of ProcessMailDelay to 45 (or your preferred value).
  5. Save the new value.
  6. Restart BES.
