The Service is not removed after Cloudmark Server Edition is uninstalled.

If the CSE Service is not removed after CSE is uninstalled using the Add/Remove Programs control panel, follow the steps below:

In Windows Server 2000:

1. Open the Registry Editor.
2. Remove the following key:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CMSE

3. For CSE versions 1.2.7 and earlier ("Cloudmark Exchange Edition"), remove the following key:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cloudmark Exchange Edition

In Windows Server 2003:

1. Open the Windows Start menu.
2. Select Run....
3. Enter CMD.
4. Click OK.
5. Enter the following command:

   sc delete cmse

6. Click Enter.
