Cloudmark Server Edition

I am unable to sign into MyCloudmark after installing on or migrating to a new server

Cloudmark Server Edition uses a single network adapter to generate a license. When more than one network adapter is enabled, Cloudmark Server Edition is unable to correctly generate a license. This problem manifests itself as being unable log into MyCloudmark.

To resolve this issue, temporarily disable all adapters except for the primary, including the Tunnel Adapter, which you can disable through the Device Manger after enabling Show Hidden Devices. After the successful installation and activation of Cloudmark Service Edition, you can then re-enable your other network adapters.
