How to set up ISA 2000 Server on which CSE is installed

Cloudmark Server Edition must connect through port 2703. The procedure below explains how to configure CSE to connect when it is installed in a ISA 2000 Environment.

1. Open the ISA Management Console.
2. In the console tree, click to expand server_name\Access Policy (where server_name is the name of the server).
3. Right-click IP Packet Filters to open the pop-up menu.
4. Select New > Filter
5. In the IP packet filter name box, enter the following:

   Outbound 2703

6. Click Next.
7. Click Allow.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Custom.
10. Enter the following information:
    • IP protocol: TCP
    • Protocol number: 6
    • Direction: Both
    • Local port: Dynamic
    • Local port number: N/A
    • Remote port: Fixed port
    • Remote port number: 2703
11. Click Next.
12. Click This ISA server's external IP address.
13. Enter in your ISA server's external IP address.
14. Click Next.
15. Click All remote computers.
16. Click Next.
17. Click Finish.
