Cloudmark Server Edition is showing Expired in the Administration Console

If Cloudmark Server Edition shows expired in the CSE Administration Console and you are certain that your account is not expired, start by going to https://my.cloudmark.com to verify that your account is not expired, then follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Cloudmark Server Edition Administration Console.
2. In the left pane, right-click Local Machine to open the pop-up menu.
3. Select Stop.

   The Local Machine should now show a status of Stopped.

4. Right-click Local Machine to open the pop-up menu.
5. Select Start.

   The Local Machine should now show a status of Running.

If you are running a version older than 2.0.4.33, please upgrade to the most current version.
