Open your Spam Folder to view all spam and fraud messages that Cloudmark Desktop blocked.
The Statistics button enables you to see how much money you've saved, how much spam is blocked daily, and more. Click the Statistics button to view all the statistics.
Our users click the Block Spam or Block Phish buttons to report spam and phishing to Cloudmark. When our users report a spam or phishing email, it is automatically moved to the Spam Folder and is blocked for our entire network of users. (Currently Microsoft® Outlook® version only)
To unblock a legitimate message from your Spam Folder, simply click Unblock. When you unblock a legitimate message, it is moved to your Inbox. Your vote is then registered by Cloudmark so that the message is not blocked again.
If a legitimate message is consistently blocked as spam, select the message in your Spam Folder, then click the Unblock button. After clicking Unblock, the following dialog appears:

Click Yes.

On the Cloudmark Menu, click Options to change configurable items, such as how Cloudmark Desktop handles spam.
Each user earns a rating with the Cloudmark Service based on how accurately they identify spam and legitimate messages. Users who unblock spam or fraud messages—while thousands of others block them—receive a lower rating. A user's rating improves when spam is accurately blocked and legitimate email is unblocked.
When you subscribe to the Cloudmark Service, your rating increases as you report more spam or fraud. The My Rating button displays your rating, which is represented by a scale of eight stars. A gold star indicates the highest reputation level; black, the lowest.

You can remove spam from email received before Cloudmark Desktop was installed. Select the folder, open the Cloudmark menu, and click Scan Folder Now. All messages are scanned, and spam or fraud emails are moved to the Spam Folder.
