Cloudmark Server Edition
"The Cloudmark Server Edition server is unable to connect to the Cloudmark Service"
When there is a proxy server between CSE and the Internet, you may see the following error:
The Cloudmark Server Edition server is unable to connect to the Cloudmark Service.
Follow the steps below to resolve this problem:
- Open the CSE Administration Console.
- Right-click the Local Machine to open the pop-up menu.
- Select Server Configuration.
- Click the Connection tab.
- Enter the proxy settings for your environment.
- Click OK.
