Cloudmark Server Edition

"The Cloudmark Server Edition server is unable to connect to the Cloudmark Service"

When there is a proxy server between CSE and the Internet, you may see the following error:

The Cloudmark Server Edition server is unable to connect to the Cloudmark Service.

Follow the steps below to resolve this problem:

  1. Open the CSE Administration Console.
  2. Right-click the Local Machine to open the pop-up menu.
  3. Select Server Configuration.
  4. Click the Connection tab.
  5. Enter the proxy settings for your environment.
  6. Click OK.
