How to enable the Troubleshooting Log for CSE

  1. Start the CSE Administration Console.
  2. In the server list, right-click on the server whose troubleshooting log you want to enable.
  3. Select Server Configuration.
  4. Select Enable Troubleshooting Log.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart the CSE service.

Reproduce the problem you are experiencing, then include entries from the troubleshooting log in your Request for Help.
