How do I whitelist an internal domain?

The Whitelist is reserved for external domains only. However, you can effectively whitelist internal domains by disabling automatic mail checking for local messages.

How to disable mail checking for local messages

1. Stop the CSE service.
2. Open the Server Configuration window.
3. Click the Spam tab.
4. In the Mail Origin area, deselect "Check messages originating from the local domain".
5. Click OK.
6. Start the CSE service.
