FAQ: How do end users report feedback?
End users report their feedback by dragging messages in or out of their spam folders.
- False positives (legitimate message which CSE filtered as spam) are reported by dragging them out of the spam folder. False negatives (spam or phishing messages which CSE did not filter) are reported by dragging them into the spam folder.
Cloudmark provides the CSE User's Quick Reference Guide for you to distribute to your end users. It provides brief instructions for using the end-user feedback feature. Feedback helps keep Cloudmark's accuracy high.
Note: Feedback is not available if you select "Junk E-mail" as the spam folder name, or if you select "Move to Deleted Items folder" as the Spam Detected Action.
