Calendar Items/Appointments are being moved to the Spam folder

Calendar Items/Appointments are being moved to the Spam folder. Since Calendar Items/Appointments often have empty bodies, the problem is most likely caused by the fact that CSE is configured to treat messages with empty bodies as spam.

Disable the option to treat messages with an empty body as spam by following these instructions:

1. Stop the CSE service.
2. Open the Cloudmark Server Edition Administration Console, right click on Local Machine and select Server Configuration.
3. In the Mail Origin area of the General tab, deselect "Treat messages with an empty body as spam"
4. Click OK
5. Start the CSE service.
