Cloudmark Sender Intelligence™ Services

Cloudmark Sender Intelligence (CSI) service uses real-time data from the Cloudmark Global Threat Network™ to create the industry's most accurate and comprehensive sender profiles. CSI delivers timely and accurate data on good, bad, and suspect senders for informed policy-setting. Custom solutions based on Cloudmark Sender Intelligence technology are available upon request.

• Cloudmark Sender Intelligence for Inbound: CSI for Inbound is integrated into Cloudmark Gateway™. For service providers not using Cloudmark Gateway, CSI is available as a custom feed for inbound anti-abuse protection. This feed provides significant additive email security coverage to existing DNSBLs.
• Cloudmark Sender Intelligence for Outbound: Identifies IPs for rate limiting actions on outbound traffic; prevents spam from being sent from an ISP's infrastructure through webmail, authenticated SMTP or unauthenticated SMTP.
• Cloudmark Sender Intelligence for Zombies: Identifies IPs suspected to be infected with a zombie or bot in the service provider network for remediation.

Cloudmark Phishing URL Feed

Cloudmark provides a real-time data feed of phishing URLs that service providers can access to improve their anti-phishing policies. Cloudmark has created an automated engine which scans fraudulent email and Web pages collected by Cloudmark's Global Threat Network system and extracts their phishing URLs. Each URL is downloaded and the content of the URL, in addition to the content of the message is analyzed for phishing characteristics.

How it works

Once an URL is confirmed to be part of a phishing attack, it is added to a downloadable list. Service providers can access this list at regular sub-minute intervals, using the data to protect their subscribers against the latest phishing attacks. The Cloudmark Phishing URL Data service also enables service providers to monitor the number of phishing attacks on their domains.

Advantages

Cloudmark's Phishing URL Feed is truly real-time and fully automated. Speed of response is critical as phishing attacks are highly transient. Other anti-phishing services report attacks hours after they have begun — too late for protecting users. Cloudmark, on the other hand, uses a unique combination of global reporting and advanced heuristics to immediately identify and confirm phishing URLs. As a result, new attacks can be blocked within minutes of origination.
