Configuring BES 3.6 and below
To configure BES 3.6 and below
- On the BES server, run Regedit.
- Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Research In Motion > BlackBerry Enterprise Server > Servers > <ServerName>
For example, <ServerName> might be “BESSERVER”.
- Locate the following DWORD value:
ProcessMailDelay
If this value does not exist, create it.
- Set the value of ProcessMailDelay to 45 (or your preferred value).
- Save the new value.
- Restart BES.
