Configuring BES 4.0 and above
To configure BES 4.0 and above
- On the BES server, run Regedit.
- Browse to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Research In Motion > BlackBerry Enterprise Server > Agents
- Locate the following DWORD value:
ProcessMailDelay
If ProcessMailDelay does not exist, create it.
- Set the value of ProcessMailDelay to 45 (or your preferred value).
- Save the new value.
- Restart BES.
