Cloudmark Server Edition

When trying to activate CSE on Windows 2003, I receive the error Unable to Activate (err=-13)

When trying to activate CSE on a Windows 2003 server, the error Unable to Activate (err=-13) appears.

This is an SSL handshake issue. Cloudmark recently renewed its wildcard SSL certificate for *.cloudmark.com, and the new certificate uses the SHA-256 algorithm instead of SHA-1. SHA-1 has been cryptographically broken and is no longer safe to use. SHA-256 has been the industry standard algorithm since 2010.

To resolve this issue, download and install the following SHA-256 patch:
