Cloudmark Server Edition

My CSE seats are held under an old server name.

The wrong number of available seats is displayed. Users cannot be enabled because seats that should be available are listed as held.

You can release seats held by a previous installation by following these instructions:

  1. Login at MyCloudmark with your username and password.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click on the button that says Release All Currently Held Seats.

NOTE: If you have seats that are enabled on different installations, they will immediately get reenabled and not experience any interruption in filtering.

If this does not resolve the matter, enter a Request for Help.
