Installation of CSE results in Error 1609

The installation of CSE results in Error 1609: An error occurred while applying security settings. DOMAIN\USER is not a valid user or group. This could be a problem with the package, or a problem connecting to a domain controller on the network. Check your network connection and click Retry or Cancel to end the install.

Step 16 on page 20 of the CSE Installation and Administration Guide states:

Enter the domain of this server, without the top-level domain such as .com or .net. For example, if your domain is domain.com, enter domain.

Please try the installation again, but this time, enter the domain of your server, with the top-level domain.
