How to release seats held by a previous installation
You can release seats held by a previous installation by following these instructions:
- Login at MyCloudmark with your username and password.
- At the bottom of the screen, click on the button that says Release All Currently Held Seats.
NOTE: If you have seats that are enabled on different installations, they will immediately get reenabled and not experience any interruption in filtering.
If this does not resolve the matter, enter a Request for Help.
