How to enable the Troubleshooting Log for CSE
- Start the CSE Administration Console.
- In the server list, right-click on the server whose troubleshooting log you want to enable.
- Select Server Configuration.
- Select Enable Troubleshooting Log.
- Click OK.
- Restart the CSE service.
Reproduce the problem you are experiencing, then include entries from the troubleshooting log in your Request for Help.
