Whitelisting an intra-office domain name in an Exchange environment doesn't work.

When using a Microsoft Exchange email server, adding your intra-office domain name to the Desktop whitelist may not successfully whitelist all messages from that domain. This is because internal email does not contain the headers that are required for whitelisting.

To resolve this problem, add the following entry to your whitelist:

/O=First Organization

Usually, you can simply cut and paste the line above into a new whitelist entry. However, some organizations may have a different name for "First Organization". If you aren't sure or if the problem continues, consult your email administrator for more information.
