When I try to access My Cloudmark account, nothing happens or the window is blank.

If nothing happens when you try to access My Cloudmark, then you may need to adjust the privacy level in Internet Explorer to allow access to My Cloudmark; see the instructions below.

If you are using Mozilla Thunderbird and a blank window opens when you try to access My Cloudmark, then you may need to ask your administrator to unblock port 80 in your computing environment.

How to adjust the privacy level in Internet Explorer

  1. Close your email application.
  2. Start Internet Explorer.

    For this procedure, you must use Internet Explorer and no other browser.

  3. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  4. Click the Privacy tab.
  5. Set your privacy level to Medium.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Start your email application.
  8. From the Cloudmark menu, select My Cloudmark Account > My Account.

    The My Cloudmark window should now appear.
