When I check for updates, I always get "Your software is currently up to date."

If the Check For Updates command always responds that Cloudmark Desktop is already up to date, even when you know that a new version is available, then port 80 may be blocked in your computing environment. To resolve this problem, ask your administrator to unblock port 80.
