The spam folder was not automatically created.
If the spam folder is not automatically created the first time you install Cloudmark Desktop for Windows Mail with an IMAP account, then you must update your list of IMAP folders.

- Navigate to the IMAP folder.
The following message appears:
You have made some changes that may affect your list of folders. Would you like to refresh your folder list?
- Click Yes.
The Spam folder appears in your folder list.
