The spam folder is missing.
If your spam folder is accidentally deleted, you may need to re-create it. First, try restarting your email program. If the spam folder still does not appear, follow the procedure for your email program below.

How to recreate the spam folder in Microsoft Outlook
- Verify that there is no folder called "Spam" in your Folders list.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to the Deleted Items folder.
The spam folder should appear.
- Drag the spam folder out of the Deleted Items folder and into the Folders list.
How to recreate the spam folder in Outlook Express
- Verify that there is no folder called "Spam" in your Folders list.
- From the View menu, select Layout....
The Window Layout Properties window appears.
- Make sure that the checkbox next to "Folder List" is checked.
- Click OK.
If the spam folder still does not appear in your Folders list, then proceed to the next step.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to the Deleted Items folder.
The spam folder should appear.
- Drag the spam folder out of the Deleted Items folder and into the Folders list.
How to recreate the spam folder in Thunderbird
- Verify that there is no folder called "Spam" in your Folders list.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to the Trash folder.
The spam folder should appear.
- Drag the spam folder out of the Trash folder and into the Folders list.
