Outlook Express no longer prompts me for a password when I change identities.

After installing Cloudmark Desktop for Outlook Express, OE may no longer prompt you to enter a password when changing identities. To work around this issue, please follow this procedure to change identities:

How to change identities

  1. In Outlook Express, open the File menu.
  2. Select Switch Identities.

    The Identity window appears.

  3. In the identity list, select your current identity.
  4. Click Log Off Identity.

    Outlook Express will close, and will prompt you for your identity password the next time it launches.
