Newsletters or other legitimate messages are being moved to my Junk E-Mail folder.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 have their own spam filter that works separately from Cloudmark Desktop. It uses a folder called Junk E-Mail. Since this filter is not as accurate as Cloudmark Desktop, some legitimate email messages may be moved to your Junk E-Mail folder.

Cloudmark recommends turning off Outlook's Junk E-Mail folder.
