My subscription has ended. How do I resubscribe?

Normally, subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the one-year subscription period. You will receive an email message before the end of your subscription, reminding you that your credit card will be re-billed automatically. However, your subscription may end if Cloudmark cannot re-bill you or if you have cancelled your subscription. Cloudmark Desktop stops filtering your email when your subscription has ended.

If you are not being re-billed automatically and you want to resubscribe, you must wait until your existing subscription ends. When your subscription ends, follow the instructions below.

How to resubscribe

  1. Do one of the following:
    • In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, click the "Subscribe Now!" button or the "Your subscription has expired" button.
    • From the Cloudmark menu, select My Cloudmark Account > My Account. Log in, then click the Resubscribe button.

    The Subscribe window appears.

  2. Click the Yes, Subscribe! button.

    The Billing Information window appears.

  3. Select the Credit Card payment method.
  4. Enter your credit card information.
  5. Click Purchase.

    An order confirmation appears.
