My Cloudmark Desktop toolbar buttons are grayed out. How do I enable them again?

When the toolbar buttons are grayed out, this is because Cloudmark Desktop has expired. This happens when your free trial period ends or when your subscription expires. It can also happen if you have a subscription but have not signed in with your email address and password.

You can re-enable the toolbar by doing one of the following:

  • Purchase or renew your subscription.

  • Sign in, if you already have a subscription.
    1. In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
    2. Select My Cloudmark Account > My Account.
      Show me:

      If you see a Subscribe page, click the link that says "Click here to sign in."

    3. Enter your email address and password.
    4. Click Sign In.
