I use Thunderbrowse and I can't change my Cloudmark Desktop password.

When you click the "Forgot your password?" link in My Cloudmark, you receive a password assistance email message from Cloudmark. When you click the "select your password" link in the email message and use Thunderbrowse to enter a new password, you may receive this error:

Failed to change your password.

Your password cannot be changed with Thunderbrowse. There are two ways to work around this problem:

  • Copy the URL in the password assistance email message, then paste it into a different browser.
  • Send email to support@cloudmark.com and request a new password.
