I upgraded to the latest version and now Cloudmark Desktop isn't working.

If you have upgraded to the latest version of Cloudmark Desktop and the software is not functioning, you must uninstall and re-install the software. Follow the instructions below:

How to uninstall and re-install Cloudmark Desktop

  1. In Windows, open the Control Panel.
  2. Open the Add/Remove Programs control panel.
  3. In the program list, select Cloudmark Desktop.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. Download the latest version of Cloudmark Desktop:
    http://www.cloudmark.com/desktop/download/update/
  7. Double-click the installer you downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions.
