I minimized Cloudmark Desktop and now I can't restore it.
If Cloudmark Desktop receives an update while it is minimized, it may remain minimized. To solve this problem, you must use the Task Manager to end the Microsoft Outlook process.
How to end the Outlook process
- Press CTRL-ALT-Delete at the same time.
- Click Task Manager.
The Task Manager appears.
- Click the Processes tab.
- In the list of processes, select the outlook.exe process.
- Click End Process.
The Task Manager asks you to confirm that you want to end this process.
- Click Yes.
- In the Task Bar, right-click Updating Cloudmark Desktop to open the pop-up menu.
If there is no Updating Cloudmark Desktop button on your Task Bar, proceed to step 9 below.
- Click Close.
- Restart Outlook.
- From the Cloudmark menu, select Check for Updates.
