I installed Cloudmark Desktop, and now I can't download email.

If you installed Cloudmark Desktop for Microsoft Outlook Express and now cannot download email, you may need to uninstall Cloudmark Desktop and then install it again.

After uninstalling Cloudmark Desktop, start your email application and send a test message to yourself. Verify that you received the test message. If not, then there is a problem with your email application and not Cloudmark Desktop; contact your email provider for further support. If the test message arrives successfully, then re-install Cloudmark Desktop.
