I have a subscription, but Cloudmark Desktop warns me that my trial period is expiring.

In order to activate your subscription, you need to sign in to the Cloudmark service.

How to sign in

  1. In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
  2. Select My Cloudmark > My Cloudmark Account.
    Show me:

    If you see a Subscribe page, click the link that says "Click here to sign in."

  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Click Sign In.

    If you are already running two or more instances of Cloudmark Desktop, you may be prompted to transfer your subscription to this one. If so, click Transfer Subscription.
