I forgot my login or password.

Your login is the email address you entered when you purchased your Cloudmark subscription. You use your login and password to access and modify your accoun information. If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by following the instructions below.

If you have not purchased a Cloudmark subscription, you do not have a login or password. If you are a new user, you can use the product free for 15 days before you need to purchase a subscription. If you are a member of the Beta Program, you do not need a login or password to use the product.

How to recover your password

  1. In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
  2. Select My Cloudmark Account > Forgot Password.
    Show me:

    The Password Assistance window appears.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Cloudmark subscription.
  4. Click Continue.

    Cloudmark sends an email message to the address you entered.

  5. Go to your email account and open the Cloudmark Password Assitance email message.
  6. Click the link in the email message.

    You will be taken to a Web page where you can enter a new password.

  7. Select a new password and enter it twice.
  8. Click Submit Changes.

    You can now sign in to your account using your new password.
