I entered my activation code, but I'm still being asked for it.
If you have entered your activation code but are still being prompted for it when Cloudmark Desktop starts up, you can usually resolve this problem by signing in.

- If you see a message prompting you to enter your activation code, click Activate Later.
- In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
- Select My Cloudmark Account > My Account.
If you see a Subscribe page, click the link that says "Click here to sign in."
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign In.
If you are using Outlook and Cloudmark Desktop continues to prompt you for an activation code, proceed to How to delete the ActivationRequired file below.

- Close Outlook,
- In Windows Explorer, navigate to the following directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Cloudmark
- Delete the ActivationRequired file.
- Start Outlook.
