This problem may occur in Outlook Express only, using older versions of Cloudmark Desktop. You can resolve this problem by installing the latest version of Cloudmark Desktop for Outlook Express:

If after updating to the latest version of Cloudmark Desktop you find that the problem continues, please verify that you have Cloudmark Desktop configured to move spam to your Spam folder by selecting Options from the Cloudmark toolbar pull-down menu in Outlook Express and looking under "Detection Action." If the setting is correct, then you are running another email scanning program that that is moving the messages to your Deleted Items folder.
