How do I use Cloudmark Desktop on more than one profile on the same computer?
When you install Cloudmark Desktop on a computer with multiple users and you are the administrator or the primary user, secondary users cannot see or use Cloudmark Desktop. .

How to give secondary users access to Cloudmark Desktop for Outlook
- Log in to Windows with the account that is not able to use Cloudmark Desktop.
- Open Outlook.
- From the Tools menu, select Options > Other > Advanced Options > COM Addins.
- Click Add.
- Change the "Look in:" folder to C:\Program Files\Cloudmark\SpamNet.
- Highlight the spamnet.dll file.
- Click OK to close the Add window.
- Click OK to close the COM Addins window.
- Close Outlook.
- Start Outlook.
The Cloudmark buttons should now appear on the toolbar. The software will automatically filter incoming email.
How to give secondary users access to Cloudmark Desktop for Thunderbird
- Log in to Windows with the account that is not able to use Cloudmark Desktop.
- Open Thunderbird.
- From the Tools menu, select Add-ons.
The Add-ons window appears.
- Click Install....
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Cloudmark\Desktop\Thunderbird.
- Select the cloudmark.xpi file.
- Click Open.
The Software Installation window appears.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Restart Thunderbird.
The Cloudmark buttons should now appear on the toolbar. The software will automatically filter incoming email.

- Log in to your Mac with the account that is not able to use Cloudmark Desktop.
- Download Cloudmark Desktop at http://www.cloudmark.com/desktop/download/.
- Open Thunderbird.
- From the Tools menu, select Add-ons.
The Add-ons window appears.
- Click Install....
- Navigate to the location where you downloaded Cloudmark Desktop.
- Select the CloudmarkDesktopTB-Mac<version>.xpi file.
- Click Open.
The Software Installation window appears.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Restart Thunderbird.
The Cloudmark buttons should now appear on the toolbar. The software will automatically filter incoming email.
