How to uninstall Cloudmark Desktop for Windows clients

  1. In Windows, open the Start menu.
  2. Select the Control Panel.
  3. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs control panel (Windows XP and 2000) or the Programs and Features control panel (Windows Vista).
  4. In the list of applications, select Cloudmark Desktop.
  5. Click Remove.

    A prompt appears, asking you to confirm that you want to remove this program.

  6. Click Yes.

How to uninstall Cloudmark Desktop for Thunderbird for Mac OS X

  1. Open Thunderbird's Tools menu.
  2. Select Add-ons.

    The Add-ons window appears.

  3. Select Cloudmark Desktop.
  4. Click Uninstall.

    A dialog appears, asking you to confirm that you want to uninstall Cloudmark Desktop.

  5. Click Uninstall.
  6. Restart Thunderbird.
