How do I reinstall or transfer my subscription to another computer?
You can use your Cloudmark subscription on up to two computers at the same time.

- On the new computer, download Cloudmark Desktop:
http://cloudmark.com/desktop/download/
- Double-click the downloaded installer and follow its on-screen instructions.
- Start your email application.
- In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
- Select Sign In....
The My Cloudmark login screen appears.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign In.
If you are already running two or more instances of Cloudmark Desktop, you may be prompted to transfer your subscription to this one. If so, click Transfer Subscription.
