How to install Cloudmark Desktop

1. Close your email application.
2. Download Cloudmark Desktop for your email application: Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or Mozilla Thunderbird:

   http://cloudmark.com/desktop/download/

3. Double-click the downloaded installer file.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Start your email application.

   If you are a new Cloudmark user, you can use Cloudmark Desktop in trial mode for 15 days. If you are a Cloudmark subscriber, sign in as follows:

   1. Open the Cloudmark menu.
   2. Select My Cloudmark > My Account.

      The Cloudmark Sign In window appears.

   3. Enter your email address.
   4. Enter your password.
   5. Click Sign In.

      If you have also installed Cloudmark Desktop elsewhere, you may be prompted to transfer your subscription to this computer.
