How do I convert my monthly subscription to an annual one?

Cloudmark now only offers annual subscriptions. Existing users with monthly subscriptions may switch to an annual subscription. If you already have an annual subscription, you cannot switch to a monthly one.

How to convert a monthly subscription to an annual subscription

1. In the Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
2. Select My Cloudmark Account > My Account.
   Show me:

   The My Cloudmark window appears. You may be asked to sign in with your email address and password.

3. Click My Account.
4. Click Change My Payment Plan.

   Your card will be charged for the annual subscription price at your next scheduled billing date (normally within 30 days). Your subscription will be active for one year from that date.
