How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Cloudmark subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until it reaches its end, but it will not be renewed automatically and you will not be billed again.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Go to the Cloudmark Desktop cancellation Web page:
    https://www.cloudmark.com/desktop/support/cancel/
  2. Enter your Cloudmark Desktop email address and password.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Click "Yes, cancel my subscription" to finalize your cancellation.

    If you've changed your mind, click "No, I've changed my mind" to keep your subscription active.

  5. Select the reason for your cancellation.

    This information helps Cloudmark improve its products and services.

  6. Click Submit Survey.
