How do I activate Cloudmark Desktop with an activation code?

When you purchase your Cloudmark Desktop subscription through the online store (not through the toolbar), you should receive an email message containing an activation code. Your subscription will be valid through one year from the day you activate it.

  1. Open the Cloudmark menu.
  2. Select "Subscribe Now!"

    The Subscribe window appears.

  3. Click on the "Yes, Subscribe" button
  4. Enter your name, email address (twice) and a password (twice).
  5. Click Continue.

    The Billing Information window appears.

  6. Under "Choose Payment Method", select Activation Code.
  7. Enter your activation code exactly as it appears.
  8. Click the Purchase button.

    You will NOT be charged again.

  9. Restart your email application.
