FAQ: What email clients and Windows versions does Cloudmark Desktop support?

Cloudmark Desktop for Microsoft Outlook works with:

• Outlook 2000/XP/2002/2003/2007
• Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/Vista (32-bit only)
• POP3, HTTP, IMAP and Exchange email servers

Cloudmark Desktop for Microsoft Outlook Express works with:

• Outlook Express 5/6
• Windows 98/2000/XP
• POP3, HTTP and IMAP email servers

Cloudmark Desktop for Mozilla Thunderbird works with:

• Mozilla Thunderbird 1.5/2
• Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista (32-bit only), Mac OS X
• POP3, HTTP and IMAP email servers

Cloudmark Desktop for Windows Mail works with:

• Windows Mail 1.0
• Windows Vista (32-bit only)
• POP3 and IMAP email servers

Cloudmark Desktop does not support other email clients or email protocols at this time. If you read your email through a web browser, Cloudmark Desktop will not stop your spam.

Cloudmark Desktop does not work with the following email applications or ISPs but may do so in the future:

• AOL
• Eudora
• Incredimail
• Juno
• Netscape
