Cloudmark does not use email addresses to identify spam, since spam can be made to appear to come from any email address, even your own. Consequently, it does not provide a way to block messages from a specific email address.
If you need to block messages from a specific sender, you can use the Rules feature in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. For specific instructions, see the online help for those applications.
