Scott Prince Joins Cloudmark as Vice President of Worldwide Sales


Brings More Than 15 Years of Experience to Help Propel Enterprise Adoption and Drive International Expansion

SAN FRANCISCO — January 19, 2005 — Cloudmark® Inc., the company that delivers the immune system for safe, secure and productive email messaging, today announced that Scott Prince has joined Cloudmark as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In this position, Prince will drive global sales for the company by further evangelizing Cloudmark's value proposition to enterprise companies. Additionally, Prince will help Cloudmark achieve the aggressive corporate goal to double its enterprise customer base to 4000 in 2005.

Prince brings 15 years of wide-ranging, customer-facing experience that includes success managing complex, multi-level sales organizations and achieving aggressive enterprise sales results. Prior to joining Cloudmark, Prince was responsible for driving sales for Siebel Systems (Siebel acquired Upshot Corporation, where he was a Vice President of Sales). Prior to Siebel Systems, Prince held various enterprise sales and channel roles as Vice President, Director, Regional Manager and Sales Representative at companies including Oracle Corporation, Remedy Corporation, Openwave Systems and Neomar, Inc.
