- U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) validates performance of Cloudmark Authority, purchasing it for its accuracy and ease of deployment to protect 20,000 federal employees. December 15
- American Century, an $84 billion investment manager and 2003 CIO 100 winner, selects Cloudmark Authority to protect its 1,800 customers after experiencing unmatched accuracy and lowest total cost of ownership (TCO). December 8
- PC Magazine awards Cloudmark Authority 2.0 the 2003 Best of Comdex Finalist award in enterprise security category for second year in a row. November 20
- Sendmail, handler of over 60 percent of email that crosses the Internet and Cloudmark form strategic partnership after Authority outperforms 42 vendors in extensive testing. Sendmail chooses Authority to deliver highest accuracy and lowest TCO to its customer base, which includes 70 percent of the Fortune 1000. November 3
