What if I have an activation code?

If you received an activation code with Cloudmark Desktop, then follow these instructions:

  1. In your Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, open the Cloudmark menu.
  2. Select "Enter Activation Code...".
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your subscription.

To purchase a single subscription, follow the simple instructions below.

  1. In your Cloudmark Desktop toolbar, click the Subscribe Now button:

    Alternatively, you can open the Cloudmark menu and select Subscribe Now!

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

    The subscription wizard is simple to use. You can purchase your yearly subscription in minutes.

What happens when my subscription ends?

We'll automatically renew your subscription. You can cancel it at any time; your subscription will remain active until it expires, and you won't be billed again.

How do I manage my new account?

Whenever you want to view or change the details of your Cloudmark account, just open the Cloudmark menu and select "My Cloudmark Account". It's easy to manage your account online.
