You can use the above downloads to upgrade an existing version of Cloudmark Desktop, or to install Cloudmark Desktop on a new computer or to reinstall.

  1. Download the installer for Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express (above).
  2. Double-click the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Start your email program.
  4. Open the Cloudmark menu and select My Cloudmark Account > My Account.
  5. Use your email address and password to sign in to your Cloudmark account.

    If you are installing on a new computer, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to transfer your subscription to this computer. Click Yes. You can use your Cloudmark subscription on up to 2 computers at once. (You can still use Cloudmark Desktop if this prompt does not appear.)
  6. Restart your email program.
